At CrewPay Trip Calculator, we prioritize the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. Using the site does not constitute consent to optional advertising or analytics tracking.

1. Information Collection and Use

Trip names, dates, earnings rates, TAFB, boardings, and credit inputs are processed locally in your browser to calculate pay. They are not submitted to our contact system, saved as income records, or shared with other visitors. Reloading the page clears the calculator entries. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal calculation data to third parties or airline scheduling entities.

If you contact us by email or submit a suggestion, we receive the information you choose to send (such as your name, email address, message, and any attached files). We use it only to respond to you and improve the site, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Contact-form messages and attachments are stored through Lovable Cloud. Hosting and storage providers process this information to operate the service. Please do not upload confidential airline records or other people's personal information. We retain messages only as needed for support, site improvement, and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion.

2. Cookies and Web Beacons

We store your privacy choice and the time you made it in your browser's local storage. This essential preference storage is not an advertising cookie. Optional analytics and advertising are not currently enabled. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent use of the calculator or contact form. You can reopen Cookie Settings in the footer to change your choice, or remove stored preferences through your browser settings.

3. Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies

We may use Google AdSense in the future; AdSense ads are not currently enabled. When enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Before enabling advertising, we must implement the applicable consent requirements, including a Google-certified consent management platform for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland where Google requires it. The current preference notice does not replace that advertising consent platform. Analytics tracking

No Google Analytics or optional third-party audience analytics service is currently installed. If one is introduced, we will identify the provider, update this policy, and obtain consent where required before collecting optional page-view, device, or interaction measurements. Pay inputs and contact-message contents must not be sent as analytics events.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, or to withdraw consent you previously gave, contact us at the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Where the GDPR applies, you may also request portability and complain to your local supervisory authority. Where California privacy law applies, you may request access, correction, or deletion and exercise applicable opt-out rights without discrimination. We do not sell personal information or currently share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will provide applicable opt-out controls, including support for recognized opt-out signals, before enabling any such sharing.

6. Children's Information

CrewPay Trip Calculator is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children. If you believe your child provided such information on our website, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to promptly remove it from our records.

7. Log Files

Hosting providers may process technical request and error logs, including IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver the site, investigate errors, and prevent abuse. IP addresses can be personal information. These operational logs are distinct from optional marketing analytics and are not intended to record your pay inputs.
